What we collect

• Planner information: celebration type, date, guest number, location, notes and saved suppliers. The basic no-account planner keeps this in your browser on your device.
• Account and enquiry information: your name, email, account type, selected supplier, event details and message.
• Vendor information: business details, services, coverage areas, listing content, logos, photos and claim information.
• Technical information: essential browser storage and security information needed to operate the service.

Why and how we use it

We use information to provide and improve the planner, create and secure accounts, manage listings, process enquiries, answer support requests and keep the service safe. We rely on the steps needed to provide the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating it, and consent where required.

Who receives it

When you confirm an enquiry, the supplier you selected receives the information in that enquiry so they can reply. Secure hosting, authentication and database providers process information for us under safeguards. We may share information where required by law or to prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

Local planner data remains in your browser until you clear it or reset the plan. Account and enquiry records are kept while an account is active and for up to 24 months after meaningful activity, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal or dispute reasons. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to certain processing by emailing hello@justcelebrate.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Sensitive information

Please do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry or listing unless it is necessary. If we later collect dietary, access or other sensitive guest information, we will explain the extra protection and choice that applies before collecting it.
