Vendor Terms
The rules for claiming, creating and managing a business listing on Just Celebrate.

When you claim or create a listing, you confirm you are authorised to act for the business and will keep its name, contact details, services, availability and descriptions accurate.
Your logos, photos and content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You confirm you have the right to use it and give Just Celebrate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, resize and use it to operate and promote your listing and the service. Do not upload content that infringes rights or includes personal information you cannot share.
Customer enquiries
You are responsible for replying, quoting, booking and delivering your own services. Use customer information only to deal with the enquiry or booking, unless the customer gives you another valid reason to use it. Handle it lawfully and securely.
Listings and fees
We may review, clarify, pause or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, inactive or inconsistent with these terms. Any paid placement, subscription or commission will be shown clearly before you agree to it. Just Celebrate does not guarantee enquiries, ranking or bookings.
Updates or removal
To correct, unpublish or remove a listing, email hello@justcelebrate.co.uk.
