Just Celebrate helps people plan celebrations and discover suppliers. We are not a venue, supplier, booking agent or party to a contract between you and a supplier unless we clearly say otherwise.
Using the service
Use Just Celebrate lawfully. Provide accurate information, protect your account and do not send spam, abusive content, misleading enquiries or anything unlawful.
Supplier listings and enquiries
Listings help you explore options but are not a guarantee of availability, price, quality, insurance or suitability. An enquiry is not a booking. Once you confirm an enquiry, it is sent to the supplier you chose. Any booking, payment, cancellation or dispute is directly between you and that supplier unless we clearly say otherwise. Your content and our service
You keep ownership of content you provide, but allow us to store and display it as needed to operate, protect and improve Just Celebrate. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. We may change, suspend or remove features where reasonably needed to protect users, suppliers or the service.
